I am Lico. I like making ideas real.
I am an individual builder based in London, United Kingdom—not a company or a polished studio. I work across software, practical IT, and AI, usually by getting a useful first version into the world quickly.
Ideas, shipped early.
I have more ideas than I can turn into full businesses. So I build working prototypes, put them in front of people, and learn what is worth growing.
That same approach works for paid projects: understand the real problem, build the smallest useful version, and make sure it actually runs.
You can hire me part-time for a project or contract. I work remotely when timezones make sense, and I can meet in person in London.
Communication
English and Korean.
Korean is my fluent language. I also work in English, but English is not my first language. My communication may be simple and direct.
I do not hide that, and I do not make it the whole story. I keep communication clear, ask questions when needed, and ship the work.
